1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy
At annae.tattoo, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We understand that schedules can change, and our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and efficiency.
1. Cancellation Notice
- All bookings and cancellations must be made through our online booking platform.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total booking value.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) and no-shows will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
- Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering the slot to other clients and are treated as late cancellations.
3. Rescheduling Appointments
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment without a fee.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will not incur a fee.
4. Refunds
- Pre-payments or deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations made according to this policy.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in a deduction based on the cancellation fee.
